James Martin's United Cakes of America

Alongside James Martin's recent Good Food show on UKTV I shot a beautiful selection of recipes from the series. Inspired by favourite American cakes James put his own twist on much loved classics. I do love nothing better than a cake shoot. And no, not because I get to try them all, I just think they make such pretty easily shot subjects.
